I see what appears to be a link to Amplitube in Custom Shop, but clicking it does nothing and I get no sound from the guitar at all, although my "speaker/headphone" selection shows "IRIG 2 HD Speakers" in Windows 10. So I can get Custom Shop to launch, but not Amplitube. Maybe I installed Custom Shop first, but same outcome. I believe that I installed the Amplitube app first and then when I tried to install the Custom Shop app, it said it (version 4) was already installed. I downloaded all of the software (Amplitube, Custom Shop and Management software).
I just bought a Les Paul Standard and an IRIG HD2 with Amplitube 4.
Got a lot working against me here as I am a mentally disabled vet and new to all things guitar but trying to pick it up as a means of enjoyment. I'm having some trouble and though I found similar threads still not sure what to do.
